Wedderburn
Steeped in the history of the old goldfields, you can fossick for some of the precious metal in the old diggings on public land surrounding the town. Perhaps a walk through the bush enjoying the peace and tranquillity amongst the box and ironbark trees. The bush abounds with native flora and fauna there are also plenty of kangaroos and wallabies to be seen. You may even catch a glimpse of the shy echidna.
Newbridge
There's 2 great things to do in Newbridge. One is crossing over the bridge and the other is going to the Pub. For those that don't want a quick one, there's always a hot cuppa waiting near the bus
Logan
Logan, a rustic and historically significant hamlet in North Central Victoria, offers the genuine tourist a wealth of valuable experiences. Venomous reptiles and arachnids emerge from tangles of boxthorn to compete for sustenance with scorpions, bull ants and swarms of mosquitoes. Enjoy Logan, with its endless variety of absolutely nothing, represents outstanding paucity of value for the tourist dollar. A shabby scrap of dying history.
